The Author Sector is a modern carbon hardtail built around speed, efficiency and precise handling. With a lightweight AUTHOR High Modulus Toray T800 carbon frame, it delivers the ideal balance of low weight, high stiffness and instant response to every pedal stroke.

The result is a mountain bike ready for fast XC courses, marathons and dynamic sport rides.
Control in demanding terrain is handled by the Rock Shox Recon Gold RL 29 AIR air fork with handlebar remote lockout. This allows the rider to quickly adapt the bike to changing conditions – open for comfort and traction in technical sections, locked for maximum efficiency during climbs and sprints.
The sporty character of the Sector is enhanced by lightweight MAVIC Crossmax 29 CL UST wheels, providing fast acceleration and excellent tracking stability.
The integrated AUTHOR carbon handlebar and stem combo contributes to low weight and a clean, race-ready cockpit.
The drivetrain combines SHIMANO SLX and XT components in a 1×12 configuration, offering a wide gear range, precise shifting and high reliability even under demanding riding conditions.
