The Author Quantum 1000 lm is a USB rechargeable headlight with a Samsung LED 1000 lumens output. This light features 5 modes take you from the bike lane to the trail. The Author Quantum 1000 lm is equipped with the newest lens techniques. All of them are fixed in the alloy case and are optimized to maximize the light output, light beam and the lumen efficiency. The beams are projected in a wide range, not in a straight line only. Highly practical feature is the LED battery capacity / charging indicator which is integrated in alloy case, this will help you stay aware of your battery life so that you can change modes and charge accordingly so that you don’t lose light while on the go.

The light comes with 5 different light modes for different light conditions or for different battery life. Full Power 1000 lm – 2:20 h / 500 lm – 4:30 h / 250 lm – 9:40 h) / flashing 500 lm – 4:30 h / fashing SOS 1000 lm / 5:00 h.
3 blue LED capacity indicator ( 3 LEDs = 100 – 70%, 2 LEDs = 69 – 30 %, 1 LED = 29 – 10%, flashing = 10 – 0% recharge it).
REPLACEABLE Battery LI-ion 18650 3,7 V / 2600 mAh with protection PCB.
Charging time aprox. 4 hrs (5V/1,5A charger) – use the original cable.
Recommended discharging / charging period – minimum 1x / 6 months.
Charging cable included (USB-A / USB-C).
IPX65 Dust tight - no ingress of dust. Gives protection against low pressure water jets from any direction, as well as condensation and water spray.
Safe mode - when the battery is low, the light will turn to 50 lumens safe mode automatically for another 40 minutes.
Smart memory switcher – 1 second push to switch OFF in any light mode (switch ON in the same mode) .
The silicone O-ring mount fits any sized tube with a diameter of 22-35 mm even the unround profiles.
