The Author Modus is a carbon hardtail designed as the ideal entry into the world of modern XC bikes. Its lightweight AUTHOR High Modulus Toray T800 carbon frame delivers high stiffness and efficient power transfer, allowing the bike to respond instantly to every pedal stroke and helping riders get the most out of their performance.

Control on varied terrain is handled by the Rock Shox Recon Silver RL 29 AIR air fork with remote lockout.
This allows the rider to easily adapt the bike’s behavior on the go – open for comfort over rough terrain, locked for maximum efficiency during climbs and fast sections.
The SHIMANO Deore 1x12 drivetrain provides a wide gear range, precise shifting and high reliability even during demanding rides. The result is a smooth, efficient and hassle-free riding experience.
The bike’s sporty character is enhanced by VITTORIA Barzo 29x2.25 tires, offering an excellent balance of speed and traction across various surfaces.
The build is completed with AUTHOR Helium TRC 29 tubeless-ready rims, allowing for a tubeless setup, reducing rotational weight and improving handling in terrain.
